BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT

To protect everyone’s health, please do not book an appointment or reschedule if you have been exposed to COVID-19 in the last 14 days or are waiting on a pending COVID-19 test. The same policy applies if you or anyone in your household have any allergy, cold, or flu symptoms. We ask that you be symptom-free for at least two days before scheduling an appointment. 

DURING YOUR APPOINTMENT

We may ask you to wear a face mask during your scheduled appointment. 

Please call (425) 595-7261 to notify us of your arrival. If the line is busy, please call us back or leave a message as we may be on the other line with another client. 

We strongly advise that you do not bring guests with you to your appointment to ensure the safety of everyone. However, if you are bringing anyone with you, please let us know beforehand. 

AFTER YOUR APPOINTMENT

If you experience any symptoms related to COVID-19 within 48 hours of your appointment, please notify us immediately by calling (425) 595-7261 or by emailing [email protected]. Your honesty is paramount to everyone’s safety, so we would appreciate it if you contact us. Likewise, if your stylist develops any symptoms within 48 hours of your visit, we will notify you immediately by phone or email. 

CANCELLATIONS

Time is of the essence, and we understand that circumstances can happen at any time. So, If you can no longer make your appointment, please call (425) 595-7261 at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to ensure our ability to re-book your appointment slot. If we are closed, please leave us a message or a voicemail. 

If you do not give us enough notice, we might miss opportunities to fill that time, and clients on our waiting list will also miss out on availing our services. 

Our appointments are confirmed 72 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment, especially if you booked months ago. Since the service is reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee may apply depending on the type of service you will book.

If your service is for Balayage or any specialty color, please give us at least 72-hour notice if you wish to cancel.

NO SHOWS

We want to express how important it is that you never no-show an appointment. To ensure our cancellation policy is upheld, we require a deposit of $70 when booking an appointment. 

If we are not given a notice of cancellation, the $70 will be non-refundable. 

No-shows will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount, and you will not be able to rebook until the service is paid for. 

LATE

Out of respect for all of our clients, guests arriving more than 15 minutes late to their scheduled appointment may be asked to reschedule and will be expected to pay for the time they reserved. 

However, we will do our best to alter your services so that we can offer you an appointment upon your arrival. But please keep in mind that many of our services do not have the ability to do so. 

Lateness cannot be accommodated for express services, consultations, or services for new clients.
