Dreaming of luscious hair cascading down your back? Struggling with thinning hair and want to have a fuller look? Is your hair taking too long to grow or is it at an awkward growth stage? Hair extensions are the perfect solution!

While hair extensions are known for adding length to one’s hair, they’re also popular and extremely effective in adding volume and thickness.

Daria Iz believes that every woman is beautiful and deserves to feel like her best self, that’s why she wants to embolden every single woman out there through the transformative power of gorgeous hair.

Tape-In Extensions

As the name implies, tape-in extensions are attached to the hair’s root using medical-grade tape, the one they use to close surgical incisions and close wounds. And the outcome would practically be an unbreakable bond so there’s no way that hair is going to fall off.

Tape-in extensions are easy to apply and remove. It also won’t cause damage to your hair, and they look more natural. Tape-ins are definitely a great
option for fine hair!

It actually depends on how many extensions you want, but tape-ins can be done as fast as 45 minutes to an hour.

Did you know that tape-in extensions are one of the most popular types of extensions? Here’s why.

  1. They are incredibly lightweight.
  2. They’re pain-free.
  3. They’re literally just attached to your own hair.

Tape-In hair extensions can last from up to 6 months, but of course, it depends on how well you take care of them.

You don’t need to worry too much about it though. Daria can give you some aftercare tips so you can properly maintain your extensions.

Non-Sewn Beaded Weft

No sewing. No tapes. No braids. No glue. Non-sewn beaded weft hair extensions are said to be the most comfortable type of hair extension.

With NSBW, your hair faces a downward direction the way it naturally grows.
So, it will lie flat and grow downward without damaging your hair follicle.

The best part? It’s recommended for all hair types!

How Long Do Non-Sewn Beaded Weft
Extensions Last?

Once the weft hair extensions are in place, they can last up to a year before they have to be taken out. It also depends on how quickly your hair grows.

Individual Microbeads

Microbeads hair extensions are ready-to-attach and are trimmed according to the length you want them to be. It’s semi-permanent, which means you don’t have to spend money on a one-day look.

On top of that, they are highly customizable, making them an ideal solution for a perfect hair makeover.

The process of installing microbead extensions is actually very simple. Although, it can take at least an hour or three, depending on your desired outcome.

Stylists will use a tool that’s similar to a crochet needle where they will thread tiny sections of your hair through a bead and leave just enough room to insert the extensions.

After making sure that the bead and weft are in place and there are no tangled strands, they lock it in place using a specially designed clamping tool.

The great thing about microbeads is it requires no heat, no glue, and no chemicals, sparing your natural hair and scalp from damage.

You can enjoy your beaded extensions for two months or longer with proper care and regular maintenance.

Individual Keratin Shrink Links

This type of hair extension involves attaching a tiny keratin pre-tip of hair with silicone-lined beads at the end to small sections of your natural hair. It’s also great for fine to medium hair, easy to put in a ponytail, and can be hidden in it because they’re so small.

Although stylists usually use glue for this, it’s great for those living far away or for those who can’t regularly set an appointment since keratin shrink links don’t need to be tightened.
